NOGC

The Nigerian Oil and Gas Cases (NOGC) is a unique and extremely informative set of law reports conceived, edited and published by Mr. Uche Nwokedi SAN to meet the demands of the oil and gas industry in Nigeria. NOGC is the first of its kind in Nigeria and provides detailed and authoritative law reports on many aspects of the oil industry and the conduct of petroleum operations in Nigeria.






The Nigerian Oil and Gas Cases (NOGC) is compendium of oil and gas cases, from 1961 till date. The only one of its kind so far, it addresses the issues in the Oil and Gas Industry, both locally and internationally, and shows the attitude of the Nigerian Courts to many issues in this area.

The NOGC has proved an indispensable report in the libraries of legal practices, energy and natural resource companies (upstream, downstream and ancillary), and universities the world over. Consists of the Judgements of the Nigerian courts of appeals which decide appeals from the district courts within the federal judicial system, and in some instances from other designated federal courts and administrative agencies. The Judgements have complete details of case numbers, parties name, judge names, editor's summary, held, Nigerian and foreign cited cases, history, counsel, etc.
